(MYFOX NATIONAL) – Super Bowl Sunday is the biggest day of the year for some players. Yes, the Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints are playing for the Vince Lombardi trophy, but TV advertisers are also playing to win.

Many familiar advertisers will be back, including Budweiser with a online voter-backed Clydesdale commercial; Doritos with deadly nacho chips; E*Trade with talking babies; and GoDaddy with a commercial featuring Danica Patrick and a sexy morning TV show team, which will point you to their web site to "see what happens next."

And this new some new commercials drawing attention include: a HomeAway spot that has brought back the Griswolds; a Dr. Pepper ad with the rock band  KISS; and  Hyundai with an ad set in 2020 showing NFL quarterback Brett Favre still playing and talking about retiring.

There two commercials drawing controversy, one with be shown during the broadcast and one will not. An ad featuring Tim Tebow, the Florida quarterback who will enter the NFL next season, and his mother in a spot with an anti-abortion message will be shown. The ad is sponsored by the Focus on the Family organization . While an ad by Mancrunch.com , a gay dating Web site, was rejected by the network's standards and practices department .

For a thorough break-down of many more of the commercials that are coming on Sunday, check NPR's Monkey See blog .
